    Booked an apartment

    I booked an apartment, the reservation was confirmed. We came to check in from the specified that coincided was the address and that’s all. The apartment does not match the photo at all, A smoky hovel. I called support and was told not to move in if you don’t like it. I have a conference in an hour, until late at night.
