    The reservation of 3000 rubles was not returned!

    Good afternoon! Booked a week for 7dney 2 room apartment, per day at 3300, in Abkhazia. We drove there 1,600km…. for 1.5 days from Lipetsk. And what…?! Quiet horror! The apartment is disgusting. Everything is old, from the word -somewhat! aot-there will be broken furniture. The smell is indescribable. The entryway is just… It’s scary to walk in. As you walk up to the third floor, you’re scared for your life. In the photo individual places in the apartment are photographed, there is no overall picture
    In fact, I had to leave Abkhazia and my vacation was completely ruined. I called a realtor, as I understand it, from Suto.ru ….. and asked for a refund of the prepayment and Check the objects more carefully in person, at least ask for a full video of the apartments. There was a denial.
