No support is working there, no one has solved my problem. In the end, after 24 hours I decided to take the money, the half that was hanging on the account 7200 rubles. Clicked to withdraw the money, the money from the account is gone, it says “refunded”, but the money has not come to the account. A self-respecting business wouldn’t do that behave with the client.
