Great app. Bonuses are awarded for trips
Great app. Picked up a place in 10 minutes. Answered within 15 minutes. Everything is intuitive.
Of the minuses for me personally.
1. wanted to cancel. Reserve (changed the conditions of the trip), called after 22 hours on the multi-line number – no one answered. Wrote a letter to the e-mail address of contacts in the application – answered it with a call the next day at 9.30 a.m.
2. As the operator said on the phone – Prepayment, if you refuse in 7 days or less – no refunds. My personal opinion is that it’s a lot… A day or two – yes, but in 7 days – a lot can happen. Maybe the owner himself will not mind and will meet the customer’s needs.
But this is purely my personal opinion.
But I liked the app. I will continue to use it.
