    The prepayment for a reservation canceled by the landlord was not returned

    I booked an apartment in Rostov-on-Don. I made an advance payment of 1,080.00 rubles. On October 3rd the landlord cancelled the booking and the prepayment was returned to the account at Sudotv.ru. I withdrew the money immediately, but I still have not received a refund! It has been 5 bank days. I called to Tinkov, as I am a card holder there, but there is no money transfer for me and the service Sutok.ru has not provided me with a payment order, check, etc. I am adding the payment check as proof.

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
