    Russian replacement booking

    Great service.
    Very user-friendly intuitive interface. You can always adjust the filtering when searching for an apartment. In addition, you can see real photos of the apartment.
    It’s convenient that there are different payment formats. For example, I feel comfortable that all the money is not transferred to the owners at once, but are in the accounts of the service.
    When I booked, I immediately received a voucher confirming payment. All notifications come on time – to e-mail and phone – convenient.
    The support is loyal and adequate – they answer quickly enough and politely.
    I will definitely use the service again for reservations next trips.

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
