    I turned to sudno.ru, because in the section "What are the guarantees of sudno.ru?

    However, it was explained to me:
    1) compensation they will not give and will not deal with the owner
    2) the content of the section "What are the warranties of sudo.ru? The fact of the matter is that you have to look at the Terms of Use. In its section 5 it states that sutokov.ru does not respond, strange as it may seem, for anything at all, including:

    – The geographic location of the dwelling
    – availability of specified amenities
    – realistic terms of lease
    – working ability services daily.ru
    – Resolution of disputes with the landlord, starting from the moment of moving into the apartment

Personally, I do not want to communicate with a dishonest and hypocritical company anymore. Of course, you are like this only when I have problems. When I don’t have any, you are white and fluffy.

      Didn’t expect it. Actually refunded half of the reservation fee (the reservation fee was about 18% of the total rent), but That’s even more than the compensation I asked the landlady for.

      The conclusion I draw: it is possible to get compensation from daily.ru if you take out a dispute to a public platform. In private communication I was not able to do so. However, keep in mind that under the "User Agreement" per diem.ru neither for that he is not responsible, and a refund of a portion of the money paid is not really in accordance with this agreement. And the problem is this: you can’t count on some kind of support from suto.ru as soon as you check in. As I wrote above, I will avoid this service to the last, until the competition does not make him to change his approach to tenant protection.
