    They did not provide the service and do not return the money

    On 22.06.2022 I booked an apartment offered by the site. The money (prepayment) was withdrawn immediately, issued a reservation, and a few hours later withdrew the reservation, and the prepayment was transferred to my personal account and have not returned until now. Calls (88005552608 and 84996539926) and emails to [email protected] are not answered. Reservation 13634587, the object 879021, account 32048321, Feodosia, Zemskaya street 5. The amount of prepayment, which is not returned 11137.5 rubles.
