    It’s strange, but this still exists!

    I used this site for the first time, through a mobile app, and immediately got such a negative feedback… I booked an apartment in Syktyvkar, the booking was confirmed by the owner I paid in advance (the address and apartment on the photo I was satisfied) … Two minutes later, the owner called back and said he was wrong, The apartment is busy and offered other options, they did not suit me and I cancelled the reservation, which I reported to customer support, well money returned to the front account in a personal account, but return to the card from 2 to 10 days)))) … in fact I was misled, took the use of my money and will return when I get back from my business trip…. what do you call it….that’s what I’m talking about…. DONE!!! no prepayment!!! )))))

On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
