    The exchange is normal, the quotes are correct, spreads are average on the market. They always have a possibility to talk to a real person, moreover, they answer in Russian in 2 to 15 minutes. I have no problems with withdrawal. Trouble is that my withdrawal was delayed for 12 hours because of some problems with my provider. All these delays did not interfere with the exchange rate. There are problems at the exchange, like everyone else.

    I don't recommend it. Trouble withdrawing funds

    Request for withdrawal of funds for a week hangs unprocessed. It says: your request will be processed within one working day. It has been 5 days - silence.
