    A new experience for me

    I chose SimpleSwap based on reviews, comparing positive, negative and support responses.
    Of course I understood that there is a risk (there is always one). Therefore, the first exchange was created for 10$, since it wouldn’t be the biggest loss. To my pleasant surprise, the exchange took place quite quickly.
    After receiving my funds, I decided to create another exchange for a large amount, and write to the support chat to be calm. Within 15 minutes, while the employee was having a dialogue with me, my exchange was completed.
    I liked the experience.

    Receiving a response at any time of the day

    For me, the best thing was that I could send a letter at any time and get an answer to it. Seriously, whether it's day or night, I will always get an answer. And they will work with me until I say that everything is fine. This is a great user support service.
