    Universal software

    This software has everything: chatbot, CRM, broadcasts, courses, integration with payment acceptance, telephony, messengers. And what else does a business need? Probably, electronic reporting and document management – to have everything in one. But there are other programs for this. Although internal document management is also possible customization is one of the pluses, but you need a programmer/knowledge of chatbots for that. I don’t use all the functions myself, as my activity is not is related to courses. But I learned about CRM recently – the publication of updates by the developer reminded me of it. I used to keep everything in spreadsheets.

    Convenient and flexible

    Easy bot creation

    Started using for myself, went through some training and marathons, now I use and create for others. It is convenient to quickly create a bot and connect it to some messengers.
