Although internal document management is also possible customization is one of the pluses, but you need a programmer/knowledge of chatbots for that. I don’t use all the functions myself, as my activity is not is related to courses. But I learned about CRM recently – the publication of updates by the developer reminded me of it. Convenient and flexible
A good tool with flexible functionality, allows you to make both simple bots and directly complex (where you need to program). We have a lot of projects on it, I recommend it.
