    Scammers

    When exchanging cryptos, they fix your request for a short time, and if your transaction hangs up, they delete the request and do not return the funds. This is exactly what happened to me. And my letters to support were replied with answers like "your transaction looks like money laundering". The amount is small (less than 200 USD), but it is disgusting.
