As for delays in opening a trade, a delay of up to 3-4 seconds is acceptable due to server load or device peculiarities. In each specific case, it is better to understand in more detail in order to find and eliminate the cause of delays.

Trading on minute trades is considered to be the highest pilotage of trading, because on such an interval the chart is extremely difficult to analyze due to a large number of false movements. We recommend making trades from 15 minutes to exclude such situations.

Verification is not related to the withdrawal of funds. It is requested from all traders, each at his own time, and is a necessary measure to ensure the safety and transparency of operations on the platform along with other checks, including the financial monitoring service.
