      Good evening question why do they ask if my analyst knows about my withdrawal request. I spoke to him earlier and they were offered a certificate for my amount. He himself talked to the financial director. He in turn sent me a certificate so I would sign it and put the number of accelerated withdrawal, I forwarded it to them and in this way they keep silent. They sent a letter for me to contact the analyst or my request will be false. How to contact the analyst if he has disappeared and does not answer my calls? How can I withdraw the money? I sent them that certificate.
