Termination of cooperation – this is an extreme measure, which the company goes to only in case of serious violations of the rules of the platform. For our part, we fulfill all obligations of the legal agreement, and we expect the same from our traders. Each user agrees with the trading rules when registering on the platform.
If your friend is sure that there was no violation on his part, he can contact the independent claims department to appeal against the decision, the contacts of the department are in the newsletter which was sent to his mail.
If you are trading without violating the rules of the trade, you have nothing to worry about. Remember, we are always open to dialogue and ready to answer all your questions!

Yeah, that makes sense. Every company has such clauses, they want to protect themselves from hacking and other vulnerabilities. If you left Olympus, does the broker you switched to not have the same or similar clause? If not, then you definitely need to start worrying, because maybe this company is not even going to let you make a profit.
You just need to trade normally and honestly, without using any cunning robots, etc.. – Then you won’t have any problems. I have never had any problems, and I have been with Olimp for more than two years now.

I traded at Olympus on VIP account...
I traded at Olympus on VIP account for about a year, but not very successfully, and I left there after my colleague at Olympus was not paid the second profit with the following wording.
– “Dear Client!
We would like to inform you that at the moment our company is undergoing an inspection, which is connected with strengthening control over compliance with the rules on the part of traders.
In the course of checking your account operations we have found a violation of clause 1.4.3 of the Service Agreement, namely:
“The client will not use technical features of updating the flow of quotes in the trading terminal, as well as will not use the software errors, defects and vulnerabilities in the trading terminal discovered by him for the purpose of income extraction” and more
– “8.5 In case of violation by the Client of the statements and guarantees listed in clauses. 1.4., 1.4.1. – 1.4.9. of the Agreement, the Company has the right to terminate the agreement, to recognize any transaction of the Client as invalid, to close one, several or all transactions of the Client at any time, at its own discretion, to terminate the provision of services to the Client with or without return to the Client of the funds paid by him, at its own discretion.”
This is the kind of tricks Olimp can throw at you if it turns out that you trade successfully.
My verdict is that it is a scam.
