I am very disappointed with this broker, I decided to test it because this broker has one of the best mobile applications (at least the rating), I earned and withdrew without problems, though the amount is not large (I was testing). I use an additional platform (where levels are better visible) and one deal closed at one point wrong in my direction, but on the platform where I look levels the candle closed as I should. I worked on five minute candles and it is this ONE candle is different, all the others are identical. When I contacted the support chat they were talking nonsense about the quotes. More than once read about this broker exactly one point loss trades.

All trades are made based on quotes that come to the platform directly from the vendor. It is not quite correct to compare the charts on different platforms, because the suppliers and the methods of price formation may be different.
You mentioned that you are trading on a 5 minute interval. Usually, during that time the price of the asset does not have time to change significantly and fluctuates around the same values. Please, try to trade from 15 minutes and longer. At that interval the schedule is easier to forecast, so you will be pleased with the results.
