    Good afternoon. My account was also blocked in Olympus. According to paragraph 1.8.4. without any explanation why. The account was opened back in October 2017. Constantly took part in webinars, studied with their employees, very long. Today 05.06.2018. I learned how to work and came out in a small plus of +167 c.u. (account in dollars). And I got it blocked for no reason. At the same time I followed all the rules, did not create any more accounts, worked from one PC, I did not open an account from others. But I got the message that (The account is blocked because of the possible brute force of the password) when I tried to log in to the account. My questions that I asked in the letter, no one answers. Beware, they are crooks!!!! As soon as you learn how to work and you will have an income, you will be blocked for no reason. This is their whole reputation.

      Olymp Trade has never blocked users without a valid reason and does not prevent them from withdrawing funds. The reason for blocking can only be a breach of the trading rules which every trader accepts when registering on the platform.

      We have carefully studied the information on your question. An email was sent to you with a thorough explanation of the reasons for blocking. Also, on 09.06.2018 at 11:31:07 a.m., a tech support employee on the platform website commented on the decision on your claim #307-831947. Tell me, do you still have doubts about the legality of the decision? If you do not mind, we can quote here the text of the letter that was sent to you.

    My one year experience with olymptrade was enough to create the opinion about trading conditions they offered.
