NPBFX cannot with withdraw own deposit money

Withdraw issue

I’m from indonesia
I open npbfx account with no bonus, and i deposit to this broker because it already exist for many years
I have deposit 5x times using my own bank account under my own name and manual trade only 3x times in gold XAUUSD with profit only (0.61%)
I decided to withdraw my funds to the same method under my own same name. since having personal judgement and the broker use different digit from what i’m usually use.
At first i can withdraw around 18.27% partially (18.27% already include the profit 0.61%)
But when i decided to withdraw the rest partially. The issue coming they started to asking for the bank account deposit statement, history, etc. i have sent the detail to them and the withdraw is already more than 5 working days and now is coming to 9 working days. We talk to the manager but he just mention they still checking and don’t know until
When.
Some of the thought coming in my mind is are they really checking and processing ??? Because when sending some information i forgot to attach the information and only few days i realised it but they never inform me back and i’m the the one inform them back

Since i have sent them their detail it supposing quick to make a decision, i try to chat in website or email to the company at [email protected] with ticket Ticket#105912801958 but in the end is only the manager reply to us that he also dont know when the review finish (thinking more scary since all operational being handle same person by the manager only)

Until this day today 15-2-2024
I havent got back the rest of my money 81.73%
This is stress situation for me
Deposit own money , using own name, no bonus but cannot withdraw back / have delay. Never experiences like this with other broker
