If you plan to build a site on a free website builder, I recommend Ru Centersky. Technical support helps at every stage. And they consult you even after the site is done and working. I also better to take the hosting from them. I, when all the registration, all it turned out to buy at a good discount (I bought a domain and hosting at once). the designer itself they have free

The hosting suited our project perfectly
We host an online store of lighting fixtures (about 3000 items). The quality of service is high, there are no problems with availability, speed and errors. The site works perfectly, just as it should

Well done
The technical support is of a high level. Exactly what you expect from such a large company. The employees are able to step out of their comfort zone and find a non-trivial solution to a non-standard problem. That's why I personally appreciate this hosting company.
