Namecheap no longer works with users and employees from Russia
I worked at Namecheap for 8 years (from 2014 to 2022). Namecheap has several offices in Ukraine. In 2014, the company positioned itself as completely apolitical, it was forbidden at work to discuss politics in any way. In 2022 the company suddenly became 100% politicized and became support the policy of total Russophobia. It was explicitly stated that the company will say goodbye to anyone who does not support this policy. Employees residing in Russia or who left for Russia were dismissed instantly. Employees residing in (occupied"occupied" in their opinion), for example, in the DNR, LNR, Crimea, Kherson, etc., have blocked profiles and hindered their work. It was announced that the Russians were no longer being provided services, the Risk Management staff was forced to To kick out such clients as undesirable (give them 72 hours to transfer services, and then block their accounts). In the summer I left Ukraine to Russia and was instantly fired. I do not recommend Russian users to use this company because of their policy. If you do decide to use, you will not be calculated if you log into your account via VPN and pay for services with Bitcoin. Also, you can’t put Russian in your profile address or phone number. Namecheap doesn't like to tell the truth

After the epic statement about stopping serving customers from Russia, I think this office deserves nothing but 1 (actually zero). In this case, it does not matter whether they did so or not.
