Namecheap no longer works with users and employees from Russia

I worked at Namecheap for 8 years (from 2014 to 2022). Namecheap has several offices in Ukraine. In 2014, the company positioned itself as completely apolitical, it was forbidden at work to discuss politics in any way. In 2022 the company suddenly became 100% politicized and became support the policy of total Russophobia. It was explicitly stated that the company will say goodbye to anyone who does not support this policy. Employees residing in Russia or who left for Russia were dismissed instantly.
