    A fuir absolument

    I had booked a tour of a historic site in French because I don’t speak English, and we had a tour in English with exclusively English-speaking customers…..
    The only answer we got was audioguides, which we couldn’t even take…
    In the end, according to MUSEMENT, we are the ones responsible for this situation…
    A company to be avoided at all costs…. just like WORLD TOURS, which was the on-site operator and which has completely shirked responsibility for the situation.

    To start with, the driver came 15 minutes late. He had his wife with him and they did their own tour whenever we left the bus with the guide.
