Activation issues

Bought a Microsoft Office 2021 key and ran into trouble activating it. It kept saying the key was already used, which was confusing. Reached out to support and they responded eventually, but it took over two days. After a few exchanges, they sent a replacement key that worked. Still, it was frustrating having to wait and go through extra steps. Maybe it was just a bad batch of keys, but I expected smoother service for something like this. If you’re going to buy software, make sure you have time to follow up in case something goes wrong.
