    I returned two products on 07.10.2023. Unfortunately, I only received the money back for one product. On 26.10.2023 I returned 4 more products and up to this point the money has not yet been returned to me. I received a confirmation from DHL that the products had already arrived on 30.10.2023, but the money was not refunded to me. On 07.10.2023 I requested return labels for 3 products. I sent pictures, I explained why I am returning them, I received the return confirmation and she told me to wait until the labels are sent to me. It is November 14 and I have not received a label either. The support service people don’t even reply to my messages anymore. This is a scam.

    They have most common items for a good price. If not in stock they let you know without delay and money is given back.

    Sin garantia

    I bought a product and after 3 months it stopped working. When I contacted Joom they told me that the warranty is 30 days. They are a company located in Europe, they cannot ignore consumer legislation.

    Do not order from joom,they dont refund the money for bad items,im waiting for 40 days my money and nothink..joom is scam company
