    Ordered goods were not delivered (more than a week ago from Almaty) We are pensioners.

    They have most common items for a good price. If not in stock they let you know without delay and money is given back.

    Sin garantia

    I bought a product and after 3 months it stopped working. When I contacted Joom they told me that the warranty is 30 days. They are a company located in Europe, they cannot ignore consumer legislation.
