Terrible company
Terrible company. I am writing on hot traces. Arrival at Antalya airport on August 03, 2023 transfer to Mahmutlar. The plane landed on time we waited for it transfer outside in the heat for an hour. Managers promise one thing – "in 10 minutes, the car will be", we stand in the sun and wait. On arrival at the hotel We complained to the company, we got the answer – "Transfer within an hour, it’s normal". At the same time on the website, they do not indicate that they can to pick up the car within an hour of the scheduled time. On the day of departure August 08, 2023, I wrote to the company in the morning to confirm the time of delivery cars for 21.00. Answered twice and both times confirmed the time, asked to come out 10-15 minutes before the specified time. In the end, 5 minutes later from At the appointed hour, I wrote to the support to ask about the car, the replies started – "specify the order number", "the car is on its way", "called to the driver, will be there in 10 minutes". Again we stood on the street for one hour and 20 minutes. No one in the company keeps track of the drivers’ departure. The drivers are simple private individuals, whoever they find available, they rent to. I do not recommend contacting this company. They are not worthy of even one star.
