    Terrible

    Flight from St. Petersburg to Minsk. Banditry on the part of the drivers. For placing 1 unit of luggage weighing 5 kg in the luggage compartment, they extort 100P from the passengers. In my presence, people paid. When I objected that the cost of luggage was included in the ticket price, they threatened to kick me off the bus. And they didn’t give anyone any receipts or supporting documents. It’s horrible that the company allows this.
