Hello! On October 28, 2020, I opened several trades in “Pinterest” shares at the aforementioned HYCM company. On October 29, 2020, I closed my positions with a profit of approximately $43,000. Then I made two withdrawal requests for the sum of 9200 euros and 1265000 rubles. On October 30, 2020, at about 11 a.m. Moscow time, my withdrawal requests were cancelled and my profit was cancelled. Then this company sent me a letter accusing me of violating some rules and informing me that they were breaking contractual relations with me. This letter also informed me that my profit would be cancelled and I would be returned only the sum which I had deposited in the account of this company earlier. In my turn I want to say that I have not violated any rules and HYCM illegally cancelled my profit. I have screenshots and videos confirming that I am honest. In particular, the video captured the moment of taking profit and closing positions.
