    Hello, I ordered 5 power stations on...

    Hello,
    I ordered 5 power stations on this site (4 Fossibot F2400 and 1 Oukitel P501). One of the 4 Fossibot does not work well in UPS mode and I So I reported it 2 weeks after the purchase (the time to be sure of the problem) and asked for an exchange. Since then, I’ve been kept waiting, asked impossible bullshit and I’m lied to about a return slip for the defective Power Station that never arrives.
    The service The after-sales service of this company is deplorable and the proposed insurances useless.
    I don’t recommend this retailer whose prices are"unfortunately" may be attractive but the management of broken products totally sucks. I’m still waiting for my station to be exchanged and I’m not sure what I hope this complaint will help other people not to get ripped off.

    Store geekbuying.co.uk sells damaged goods and leaves the customer with them. No possibility of complaint and replacement
