On Tuesday I made a request to withdraw part of the funds from the account. The application is canceled and immediately comes a request for documents (the most interesting thing is that I have already provided these documents when registering, several months ago). I submitted the documents immediately, on Tuesday evening. I was told that the documents were being reviewed within 1-2 business days. So far, silence. No results of the document check, no money. Their support service did not answer me anything clear and mumbled some trumpeted phrases. I’m already starting to get nervous: don’t these guys want to steal my money?
