    Freshforex broker matches all my requirements. For beginners, there is a demo account and for the live account there is no minimum deposit requirement, which means that the first steps in real life are not really too hard.     I have tried to scalp with Fresh. And with good results. It's nice that they provide Ecn-account for trading, because it is a great thing for this strategy. By the way, Fresh has a good teaching materials for beginners.
