    For me the perfect broker is a broker that allows me to trade. It is clear that any broker can make mistakes, but if in general everything is OK, this is a perfect broker. Let’s look at FreshForex for example. According to the trading conditions and execution of orders, no problems. It doesn’t show anything else in the trading platfrom except real quotes flow.     I have tried to scalp with Fresh. And with good results. It's nice that they provide Ecn-account for trading, because it is a great thing for this strategy. By the way, Fresh has a good teaching materials for beginners.
