    I trade mostly through the mobile app

    I trade mostly through the mobile app. Some brokers often have slowness, but here everything is clear. I have been with Finam for a year now and I have never had to contact technical support.

      I had a new position opened when I closed an old one… and that was with 9 leverage in a falling market.
      They opened a new position for me when the old one was closed, and that with 9 leverage in a falling market… they explained everything as a “program glitch” and refused to take responsibility.
      I left Finam. i withdrew all my money. now i am looking for a new broker.

    Broker gives stability and confidence

    I can call my experience with Finam positive. Thanks to their courses, I understood investing and learned to analyze. I have no questions about their software, everything works stably.

    Normal

    Transactions are executed quickly, I have not noticed any failures. In general, I have no complaints about the broker. It gives analytics and recommendations with investment ideas. The base is good, in short.

    There are strengths and weaknesses

    In short, the broker is not worse than many of our others who are large. I have been with Finam since 2018, and so far I am satisfied with everything, even with some technical problems. They don't meddle in my trading, they don't do anything behind my back, and I am happy with that.
