    Hi all!
    I have been an IIS holder for two years.
    The minus is that they charge 1.18% commission on dividends and coupons.
    Yesterday I transferred my dividends from Detsky Mir, on the last day of the month – I did not have time to withdraw, 60 percent instantly today was taken away for the service)
    And the most incomprehensible – on IIS was 2000 in addition to the shares. I clarified with the operator that personal income tax is charged only at closing. And so 3% on the balance. And so I went to look for a catch today and the account is minus 4000).
    The support service, of course, does not answer.

      UPDATE.
      Got through to the broker.
      Maintenance of the account per month up to 2000 rubles – 400 rubles.
      And as for the main IIS until the weekend some limit things are not unloaded – everything will be displayed normally on Monday.

      Support works well, but there are a lot of technical pitfalls(((.

    Broker gives stability and confidence

    I can call my experience with Finam positive. Thanks to their courses, I understood investing and learned to analyze. I have no questions about their software, everything works stably.

    Normal

    Transactions are executed quickly, I have not noticed any failures. In general, I have no complaints about the broker. It gives analytics and recommendations with investment ideas. The base is good, in short.

    There are strengths and weaknesses

    In short, the broker is not worse than many of our others who are large. I have been with Finam since 2018, and so far I am satisfied with everything, even with some technical problems. They don't meddle in my trading, they don't do anything behind my back, and I am happy with that.
