Everything was ok before the lockdown
I have been using the ePayments payment system for a long time. Everything was working properly until the year 20.
Then the wallet was blocked and funds were frozen. I understood that it was useless to write to technical support, but still I wrote. The answer was simply that the work is ongoing and they do something. In fact, I have no idea what they were doing two years before the unlock.
After they unfroze my account, quickly withdrew all the money, but gave a huge commission for it (even more than it was before!).

They remained as muddy as they were
Epayments are still cloudy!
Here's what's happening to them now (in 2022) - (link removed)
Continuing to use gray/black methods. Because of this, in fact, at one time they were blocked by the regulator in Great Britain (FCA).

ePayments customers have not been able to...
ePayments customers have not been able to access their money for 5 months! But the main problem is that the FCA (supervisory authority) does not set any deadlines for correcting the remarks.

I was able to pass the verification process. Can someone tell me how a receipt for payment of utilities should look like, which ePayments security service will be able to recognize?!!!!?!
