Good day, you have been charged a service fee. It is removed if there has been no financial activity in your eLama account for the last 6 days. months. We always send a letter to the post office a few days before the write-off and offer to process a refund, or write to us if you are you plan to run an advertisement in the near future so that the fee is not deducted.

Fraud

Fraud with debiting funds
I found that my account ID: 358601 on your eLama website is being charged even though I have not used any of your services. The amount My top-up amounted to 21,700.00 ₽, the details of the payments are shown above.
My personal account does not show any advertising campaigns or other activity. This looks like an erroneous or unwarranted debit.
I did not purchase any plans, nor did I enable auto recharge. If it was done, it was done by your system without my consent. All advertising accounts show zero balance, and I have not used any features such as "chat or call the line". I also have not used any accounts since starting SWO and have not even logged into the website.
Я please return all funds to my internal balance. If it was a bug in your system, I expect it to be fixed immediately. I’m not even offered to return the money to my card or current account, but just to the balance of your service. I will also be forced to send a statement to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
