They write off funds and come up with a bunch of excuses
This story with the Elam service has been with me since 2019. Then I often began to notice that regularly "unintentionally" ads are launched or Suddenly rates went up because suddenly autos and other not so nice things.
It was decided not to work with them anymore, on request I gave up trying and just stopped filming, and just stopped taking pictures. I gave up trying and simply stopped contacting them to work.
Suddenly, a chain letter arrives saying that they are going to charge another 6000. Okay, let’s decide to close the account and refund it. of funds. I am told that we will now issue a refund. A few days they write that the request was transferred to one department, then to another. So I’m like, okay, three years waiting a couple days can wait.
And after a while they tell me to run advertising, we can not return you. We won’t return your funds. We’ve had a change of lawyers. and we don’t know how to contact them. And they somehow forgot to inform us that they were changing their legal entity.
And in one day they demolished my account.
So I do not recommend this company and I will tell everyone about it. A pure fraud.
