Since some time, they have been charging 6000 rubles a month if you don’t advertise for more than a certain period. They called it "service fee". I was charged 16000+ rubles, which I received as an agency fee for brought clients. They explained it as "write-offs for large technical and accounting costs". They refused to return it because it was "booked by the accounting department".

I recently hired an advertising agency, but they were disgusting. They took a long time to credit, didn't answer questions, and didn't get the job done. I had to look for another agency, which turned out to be reliable and professional. I learned a lesson: price does not always reflect quality.

Fraud
Worked on a partner program with this service. I never had any problems at all and occasionally there were long crediting times, but in general the convenience in I've never had any complaints. Brought over 30 clients there and they are churning out a budget every month. There have been support issues.
