A fuir!
Absolutely avoid! A company that doesn’t care at all about its customers, which responds to emails after a month of waiting. We rented a vehicle at Santiago De Compostel airport, our plane landed at midnight and we rented the vehicle for 12:30 a.m. a bus was to take us to the “Record Go” agency located a few minutes from the airport. However, no bus came to pick us up and yet we were very attentive and the airport was so small that it would have been impossible not to see this shuttle. we then tried to contact "Economy booking" which only responded to us with automatic responses, we had to wait more than a month before having a real response in which this company found any pretext not to intervene in the compensation we received. We found ourselves abandoned with my wife and my 4 month old son. We had to take a taxi (110€) to get to our accommodation and rented another vehicle in the city where we were staying. I travel often and Economy Booking is the worst rental company I have encountered. Customer service is miserable or non-existent.
