    didn't reserve the car and didn't compensate me

    I reserved an SUV through EconomyBookings.com for pickup at Chicago Midway on 7/28/23 at Rent-a-Wreck. When we arrived, we were told that they had no SUVs available despite my having received a confirmation email. When I asked to credit my account for the difference for a smaller vehicle, they referred my back to EconomyBookings. Despite phone calls and emails, 6 weeks later, I have yet tor receive compensation.

    They work like a Scam. If you flight was delayed, the reservation is canceld and you will pay few hundreds dollars. Stay away By the way, tere was additional 5 or 6 costumes with the same issues. All of them didn't receive any car but was scamed with hundreds of euros

    Very very bad experience

    How in the world do they have such a high rating here? 1. They cooperate with scam rentals like Surprice/Autoone - check out their reviews on Trustpilot. 2.     The Worst!

    Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before ..." Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet... Read more
