    Everything is fine till everything going well… if there is any problem with app and rental and You are for example at the airport they will not take responsibility and ask You to write claim on email becouse they don’t take claims by phone. After e mail them You will receive that it will take 5-28 working days to resolve your case and You have to fend yourself. Never more.

    They work like a Scam. If you flight was delayed, the reservation is canceld and you will pay few hundreds dollars. Stay away By the way, tere was additional 5 or 6 costumes with the same issues. All of them didn't receive any car but was scamed with hundreds of euros

    Very very bad experience

    How in the world do they have such a high rating here? 1. They cooperate with scam rentals like Surprice/Autoone - check out their reviews on Trustpilot. 2. Rented a car at Autoone/Surprice through them and also bought their Full Coverage insurance. When returning the car the rental found a scratch... Read more

    The Worst!

    Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before ..." Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet... Read more
