    SCAM!!!

    DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! SCAM! We picked up a car from them in Houston and they tried to tell us we didn’t give them our car insurance info and charged us an extra $200. Do yourself a favor and rent from a more reputable company. Horrible customer service, they will not allow you to talk to someone and will only provide you an email. NEVER AGAIN!

    They work like a Scam. If you flight was delayed, the reservation is canceld and you will pay few hundreds dollars. Stay away By the way, tere was additional 5 or 6 costumes with the same issues. All of them didn't receive any car but was scamed with hundreds of euros

    Very very bad experience

    How in the world do they have such a high rating here? 1. They cooperate with scam rentals like Surprice/Autoone - check out their reviews on Trustpilot. 2. Rented a car at Autoone/Surprice through them and also bought their Full Coverage insurance. When returning the car the rental found a scratch... Read more

    The Worst!

    Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before ..." Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet... Read more
