Threw away with basic insurance

We contacted Economibooking:
1. they only prioritize service to customers who have full insurance, or if the customer has not yet received the car.
2. the fact that by default in the booking it says that the amount includes damage insurance – it turns out not insurance at all.
3. you have to notify Economibooking within 7 days of the insured event, otherwise the refund amount is reduced by 20%, I think. what do you mean You will only find out if you click "notify about the insured event" and the later you notify, the less will be paid.
The bottom line is we were told EconomiBooking: you do not have full insurance, we can’t help you.
