    CAREFULLY!!!! SCAM!!!

    I booked on October 14, 2021 (reservation number B27638402) a car in Lisbon, Portugal from October 19, 2021 to October 27, 2021. They confirmed my reservation and charged me 93.29 Euro. In the end, there is no booking and no refund. No answer to my letters. BEWARE – THESE ARE CROOKS!!!!

    They work like a Scam. If you flight was delayed, the reservation is canceld and you will pay few hundreds dollars. Stay away By the way, tere was additional 5 or 6 costumes with the same issues. All of them didn't receive any car but was scamed with hundreds of euros

    Very very bad experience

    How in the world do they have such a high rating here? 1. They cooperate with scam rentals like Surprice/Autoone - check out their reviews on Trustpilot. 2. Rented a car at Autoone/Surprice through them and also bought their Full Coverage insurance. When returning the car the rental found a scratch... Read more

    The Worst!

    Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before ..." Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet... Read more
