    Great rental experience

    Fantastic car rental experience with Budget! The pick-up agent was absolutely great — super friendly, approachable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe, that the car was in excellent condition, and that everything was working as it should before we set off.

    The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended!

    i rented a car in august 2023.my security deposit was taken and to this day, two and a half months later, i still haven't been credited.discover cars is not giving me any clear answers!!!!

    NO CONTRATÉIS CON DISCOVERCARS

    Hemos tenido una experiencia nefasta con DISCOVERCARS. Hicimos una reserva en Mayo en DISCOVERCARS para coger coche en Bérgamo y usarlo durante 9 días, para dejarlo en Venecia, del 14 al 23 de Agosto.     Attention !!!!

    Avoid !!! Rental made on their site, deposit paid, rental not honored on arrival. No possibility of a refund. Dishonest website and rental agency in Italy " Suprice" " Atone"
