ACTIVE CAR RENT ZAGREB
We received a free upgrade and got a Škoda Kamiq instead of the Golf or Polo we had originally booked. We were extremely happy with the upgrade! The Kamiq was an excellent car with great safety features, parking sensors, and very good fuel economy. It was comfortable, reliable, and perfect for our trip.
Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We arrived around 3:00 AM, called the phone number displayed at the rental desk, and a staff member arrived within 10 minutes to help us pick up the car. The whole process was quick, easy, and hassle-free.
Returning the car was just as smooth. Two staff members inspected the vehicle, everything was in order, and the return process only took a few minutes.
The service was excellent, and I will definitely rent from them again the next time I’m in Zagreb. Highly recommended!
