    They didn’t provide the car and don’t want to return the money!

    This is a horrible intermediary company, acting dishonestly with their customers! They screwed us in a foreign country without a car and without the possibility of renting something More, since the entire car rental budget had already been spent. We paid Discovercars in advance to rent a car in Mexico, arrived at the appointed time to the appointed place. The employee of the rental company looked at our voucher and said that they didn’t have a car, he didn’t know who Discovercars were, so Deal with this company, because they have not received a request for a car and there is no car. Now Discovercars doesn’t want to give us back what we paid for The amount, which is 800 euros!!! No response by e-mail, the support service on the site is getting off with dumps, like we will pass your message, wait. It’s been a month, and there are no results. Don’t get involved, it’s a dishonest company.

      I would like to add my own feedback. After persistently pouring letters to the company Discavercars, they studied our claim in more detail, contacted the supplier of the machines, found out all the circumstances and returned us the full amount of rent. So it’s not all bad with them, as far as being a rip-off, I take that back. But it took a lot of effort to return and, of course, I will not use the services of this company a second time.

    i rented a car in august 2023.my security deposit was taken and to this day, two and a half months later, i still haven't been credited.discover cars is not giving me any clear answers!!!!

    NO CONTRATÉIS CON DISCOVERCARS
