    We are very sorry for the delay in your booking. Our providers have a grace period of up to 1 hour, after which the reservation will be cancelled. This information was stated in the rental conditions before the booking was completed, and later also on the voucher.     i rented a car in august 2023.my security deposit was taken and to this day, two and a half months later, i still haven't been credited.discover cars is not giving me any clear answers!!!!

Hicimos una reserva en Mayo en DISCOVERCARS para coger coche en Bérgamo y usarlo durante 9 días, para dejarlo en Venecia, del 14 al 23 de Agosto.
