    They froze the account with 500t.r.+ and ignored it

    They froze the account with 500t.r.+ in the account, to all questions they send copypaste almost the same message and all this has been going on for 3 weeks.
    It’s just crazy how bad the support service is in terms of working with the client.
    I do not know how and when this situation will end, but I have absolutely lost the desire to do business with them.
