    Currency.com - turned into scammers!

    Now we can safely and with a clear conscience talk about this exchange as fraudsters. Here are the facts:
    On March 2, I decided to withdraw my own funds from the exchange to my own wallet (previously did it repeatedly and without problems). But not this time! A day later tech support sent a letter with the requirement of verification by video call allegedly for my safety and offered time for such a call. In vain I waited for a call at the agreed time: of course no one thought to call me. I wrote again to tech support (it’s useless to call there, because no one answers): I received another mocking reply that the video call is postponed to a later time. And so with each of my letters I received a reply from tech support that the video call is being moved further and further away…. It’s the third day – it has become impossible to withdraw funds. So much for all the guarantees! Thus, currency.com exchange artificially and purposefully blocks our legitimate funds and does not seem to intend to return them. For the edification of current and potential clients: to my deep regret this exchange has turned into a scammer from the big road.
